Your first appointment is all about understanding you and your goals. Here is how it works.
We will review your completed intake forms and discuss your health history, concerns, and what brought you in. This helps us understand the full picture before we begin.
A hands-on evaluation of your breathing patterns, tongue posture, lip seal, swallowing habits, and overall orofacial muscle function. For children, this is done in a relaxed, kid-friendly way.
We will walk through what we observed and explain how it connects to your symptoms or concerns. You will have plenty of time to ask questions.
Based on the assessment, we will outline a recommended therapy program tailored to your needs, including frequency, estimated duration, and goals so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.
