We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled session. We reserve the right to waive this fee at our discretion in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances.
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee may be charged. Repeated missed appointments may result in the requirement of prepayment for future bookings or the inability to schedule further sessions.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative time. You will not be charged for sessions cancelled by us.
